Your Privacy Choices

Your Rights at a Glance
Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. You can also opt out of certain data uses. All requests are free. We verify your identity before processing.
Request the personal information we hold about you, including categories of data and how it's used.
Request correction of inaccurate personal information. Minor updates (address, phone) can be made directly in the app under Settings → Profile → Edit.
Request deletion of your personal information. Note: federal law (BSA) requires us to retain certain transaction and identity records for at least 5 years.
Receive a portable copy of your personal information in a commonly used electronic format (JSON or CSV).
We do not currently sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising. Nevada and California residents may submit a standing opt-out request for future reference.
California residents (CPRA) can request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Service.
Permanently close your myLBC account and request data deletion. Pending transfers will be completed or refunded. We retain records as required by law.
Unsubscribe from promotional communications. You will continue to receive transactional and regulatory communications required by law.
⏱What Happens After You Submit
- Identity verification — we confirm your identity before processing any request
- Acknowledgment within 10 business days — you receive confirmation we received and are processing your request
- Response within 45 days — we complete your request; if we need an extension (up to 45 more days), we will notify you with the reason
- Right to appeal — if we deny your request, we explain why. You may appeal; if denied, state residents may contact their state Attorney General or applicable regulator
👤Authorized Agents
California, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, and New Jersey residents may designate an authorized agent. Email privacy@lbcusa.net with: (1) written authorization signed by you, (2) verification of your identity, and (3) contact info for both you and your agent.
