What This Notice Is Federal law gives you the right to limit some but not all sharing of your personal financial information. This notice explains how LBC Mundial collects, shares, and protects your information, and what choices you have.

1What Information We Collect

The types of personal financial information ("nonpublic personal information") we collect include:

Information you give us on applications or forms: name, address, email, phone, date of birth, government-issued ID
Information about your transactions: account balance, payment history, transfer amounts, wire transfer instructions
Information from others: identity verification results, fraud risk scores from our service providers

3How We Protect Your Information

We use encryption in transit and at rest, secure server infrastructure, employee privacy training, regular audits, and contractual requirements for service providers. See our Privacy Notice §10 for full details.

What are "non-affiliates"?	Companies not related by common ownership or control. We do not share your information with non-affiliates for their own marketing.
